Leslie has been practicing law since 1983. She graduated from St Cloud State Unviersity, magna cum laude, in 1979, with a major in mass communication and minors in criminal justice and women’s studies. Leslie graduated with distinction from UND School of Law in 1983. After service as a law clerk for the Seventh Judicial District(moorhead), Leslie worked as a staff attorney for Legal Assitance of North Dakota. In 1989, She opened her own private practice in Fargo with a general practice – focusing on family and criminal law.

“Originally from Southern Minnesota, Emma is passionate about the legal field and has been honing her skills since 2022. Emma graduated from North Dakota State University in 2024 with a degree in Political Science and a Minor in Pre-law, graduating with distinctions.
Currently, Emma is continuing her legal education at the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she plans to further deepen her knowledge and expertise in the field of law. Emma started at Johnson Law Office, P.C., as an Intern in January 2024, and was promoted to Paralegal in December 2024. She intends on participating in the Limited Practice of Law by Law Students after her first year at University of North Dakota School of Law.
Outside of work and school, Emma enjoys spending time with her family & friends, watching movies or binging TV shows, and hanging out with her cat, Alfie.”
